Fluxo Instalações starts exclusive representation of foreign equipment manufacturers for the Brazilian territory

Foundation of Fluxo Serviços de Petróleo Ltda. by the following shareholders: Fluxo Instalações - Hideo Hama, Carlos Altivo Rosal de Oliveira, Almir Flores de Lima and Sérgio Luiz de Moraes Pato

1995 -

Hideo Hama buys shares from his partners Almir Flores and Carlos Altivo Rosal de Almeida, forming a new division of Fluxo Petróleo’s shares: Hideo Hama with 60% and Sérgio Pato with 40%.
