Fluxo achieved ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certification in April, 2005. The quality management system, which has defined and lead the company’s procedures in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 Standard, was audited and approved by DNV – Det Norske Veritas, an internationally known Certification Body.

Certification is just the initial step towards the identity construction of Fluxo, an organization in accelerated development. The quality management system, coordinated by engineer Takasy Hashimoto, has defined and documented Fluxo’s mission: give priority to quality, efficiency and safety in everything it does, constantly seeking the total satisfaction of its customers and principals.

Led by principles as team work, our company is doing its best to reach synergy of efforts without forgetting to invest in the individual growth of its staff members, both professionally and personally, once these two aspects, together, comprise the most valuable asset of the company: its enterprising spirit.

Fluxo’s constant practices in search for social accountability expresses its commitment to people well-being. In July 2006, Fluxo was awarded the SA 8000 certificate and became part of a select group of companies that have already implemented a social accountability management system in compliance with the above-mentioned Standard. It was the eighth company to receive its certification in Bahia State.
